Time to Raise the Bar! Our bread and butter, this 50-minute class covers it all and will have you in the BEST shape of your LIFE. A unique mixture of high-intensity cardio intervals, mixed with meaningful weight training and core work. Ever-changing and challenging. ​ MWF - 6:00a, 6:30a, 8:30a, 11:00a, 4:30p, 5:30p (no 5:30p on Fri); Tue/Thur - 8:30a, 4:30p, Sat - 7:30a, 8:30a, 12:00p; Sun - 9:00a * We also have a Seniors version of this class, MWF 9:30am.

GLADIATOR / HYROX
Ready to Start a Fire? This 55-minute class takes you to new levels, challenging you both physically and mentally. You come out stronger on the other side. A much smarter design than many you may have seen, Gladiator tests your power, strength, endurance and grit in a SAFE and FUN manner. ​This class specifically prepares you for HYROX: The World Series of Fitness Racing! Tue - 11:30a / 5:30p; Sat - 9:30a (60 to 90min on Saturday and advanced, recommend coach approval for the Saturday class.)

STRENGTH & POWER/HYROX
Looking for Power, Strength and Tone? Talk about a class designed to stoke your metabolism and build an UNBREAKABLE body. This 55-minute class utilizes the best muscle and power-building principles of all time. A member favorite, the focus is on adding strength, power, and definition. Whether training for your next Hyrox race or the race of life, this class will have you ready.

HYBRID ENDURANCE - MWF 12:00pm
The ultimate endurance class with a variety like no other. From skiing to rowing to cycling to running, you do it all. This is designed primarily for Zone 2-3 cardio, complementing our more intense Tue/Thur/Sat Hyrox classes.

HYROX RUN CLUB - Thur 6:30am
A super-effective running workout for all levels, designed to improve your HYROX running as well as your running for racing in general. Led by elite Hyrox racer, Sally Thompson.
